1. Payment Terms & Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking, which will be deducted from the final price.

• Full payment is due 14 days before the event date. If payment is not received before the event, we will not attend.

• Cancellations result in the forfeiture of the £100 deposit.

2. Event Changes & Communication

• Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 14 days before the event.

3. Fun Casino Disclaimer & Children’s Events

• Gala of Games is a fun casino for hire and will not handle any exchange of real money or gambling over our tables.

• We do not cater for children's events, though children are welcome with adult supervision.

• We comply with gambling laws and the protection of advertising to young and vulnerable individuals.

4. Insurance & Damage Responsibility

• Gala of Games holds appropriate insurance to cover the safety and operation of the fun casino tables during the event.

• However, clients are responsible for ensuring that the venue or private residence provides a safe environment. In private homes, the homeowner is responsible for general safety.

• Clients may be liable for damage or loss of equipment if caused by negligence or misuse.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Gala of Games will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the event, beyond our control. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of the event environment.

6. Force Majeure

• Gala of Games shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• By booking with us, you consent to us collecting and processing your personal data as outlined in our [Privacy Policy]. We will use your data solely for the purpose of processing your booking and communication related to your event.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in UK courts.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on this website are the property of Gala of Games. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Agreed and Accepted

• Payment of the non-refundable deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
